Our mobile phones are also linked with WhatsApp, and it is more convenient to send us pictures or videos about your boiler make, model and faults through WhatsApp.
If you send us an email, we will get back to you within one working day. We read emails daytime, but we normally process emails in the evenings.
Notes
To confirm an appointment after we have agreed to turn up, we normally ask you to send us a text message or an email with your address and postcode, plus the time and date agreed, alone with your boiler make and model (if applicable).
It is also beneficial to get your boiler manual ready if you can find it. Although we have almost every light commercial boiler manuals we have worked on before in computer format, a paper-based manual is often useful for modern boilers with a complicated digital menu operation.
